- Bug fix: an access violation error might occur when NotepadEx was started
and your default printer was a network printer that is offline. This bug has
now been removed, thanks to Jordan Russell who explained me why it happened
(Delphi VCL bug in the Printers unit)
- Bug fix: when installing NotepadEx on Windows NT and Windows 2000 the file
NOTEPAD.EXE is no longer placed in the windows directory (in most cases
"\WINNT") but in the system directory (in most cases "\WINNT\SYSTEM32")

Version 1.6.0.1 (06/11/2000):
- Changed system language identification. In the previous versions the language
identifier was read from the Windows registry
("HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\ResourceLocale" on Win9x,
"HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\International\Locale" on WinNT & Windows
2000). Under Windows 2000 however this language identifier was not always equal
to the system language. The language identifier is now read from the file
KERNEL32.DLL in the system directory
